The clock is surely ticking now.

It's truly down to the wire at this point with only 5 days left until my departure for Phoenix. My parents are throwing me a going away party tomorrow afternoon which I'm very excited for. I haven't begun the actual packing process yet, but I have gotten most things in order, so when it comes time to actually pack, I'm not searching for everything. The list of things I'm bringing, to me, seems like its endless, but it's really not haha. It's just amazing how time flies. Today I took my last final of the semester, which went very well, thus proving my transfer to St. Joe's a success. I'm really glad with the way this entire semester has unfolded. Hard work truly pays off which I always seem to learn this same rule over and over again. It's just a fool proof rule I suppose. School for the win! In other news, the anticipation to simply pull out of my parents driveway is steadily increasing with each day's passing. My mom is really happy for me, but she has straight up snapped at me at times just because I'm her only child and it's going to be incredibly hard for her to see leave the nest. This move isn't into a college dorm anymore, which has always just been in Pennsylvania, it's into an apartment with a man that has potential to be "the one" clear across the country in Arizona. My mom's never left the time zone before so she doesn't have a full concept of the time difference, even when I'm on vacation, she will continue to call me extremely early in the morning without stopping to think about the time difference first. So that should be prove to be a very interesting transition for her. My car is going into the mechanic's first thing on Monday morning to get a total overall to ensure that it will run great for my cross-country venture. I think that dropping it off alone will be something to make this move that much more real. It is real and there is only 5 days left until I leave, but still, it still seems almost like a fantasy. Well, I've got to finish getting ready for work. I didn't get a wink of sleep last night, and only a 1 hour nap all day today, so tonight should be awfully interesting! Wish me luck to make some money!!

Have fun! Hopefully the car overhaul won't cost too much.
