Meet The...Family.

My trip home to Pennsylvania and New Jersey has been, thus far, pretty good. Chad & I are currently in the Poconos visiting his family & friends. He's from the backwoods of the middle of nowhere, but its not terrible here, just very plain and lifeless. Our flight was really good from Phoenix. Once we arrived in Philly we picked up our rental car then headed over to Fishtown where Rolldawg lives. The three of us went out to dinner and I was able to catch up with her, which I thoroughly enjoy. After dinner we drove to my parents house in Jersey. We visited with them for a little while and got a little situated. Its our first time meeting each other's families and hometown friends so we were both a little nervous prior to the initial introductions, but everything has fortunately worked out very well so far. Following the initial visit with my parents we went over to my friend Anthony's house where he was throwing a small birthday soirée for our friend Justin. It was a nice time other than Anthony's mom's drunken scene which she annoyingly involved me in. It was nice to see some of my friends though. On Sunday we had brunch, packed our things up, and headed up here which is where we'll be until Thursday morning. So far, so good.
